Kick off your scuba experience learning all about buoyancy and weightlessness and how astronauts use this to train for their space walks. You will then undertake a PADI Discover Scuba programme to gain confidence with the kit, before taking part in a competitive team activity.

 

 

The theme of the session will be to enact a "space related task" under water, to represent weightlessness and the difficulties entailed working in this environment. Working in teams and without the ability to "talk", your objective will be to transport all necessary components to the working area in the right order and construct a satellite.
